Our team building days are great for work colleagues looking to bond over making something together and also work brilliantly for more social occasions like birthdays or anniversaries. Or why not create a beer for your wedding?
COVID-19
We’re a bit restricted on what we can offer in terms of brew days at the moment due to the limitations imposed by COVID-19. However, we can still accommodate very small groups while maintaining social distancing, so please get in touch if you’d like to explore what we can put together for you.
WHAT WE OFFER
Our expert team will guide you through brewing your beer from start to finish and you’ll discover how different processes and ingredients create different styles of beer. We’ll help you to choose a style and put together the malt and hop profiles, and we’ll explain everything as you go along. You’ll get involved in preparing the ingredients, adding the malt to the mash tun, sparging, adding hops, cooling your proto-beer and pitching in the yeast. Then, at the end of the day, your group can relax over a few well-earned pints in the brewery.
After your brew day, you can leave the rest to us – we’ll monitor your brew and package it up for you, ready to collect a few weeks later. We have several take-home beer options available, so let us know what you’re thinking of and we’ll create something to suit you.
We provide all the safety equipment you need, including coveralls, masks, gloves and goggles, although we do ask that you bring your own wellies or hard-wearing boots if you can.
INCLUSION
We want as many people as possible to discover the joy of brewing, but we recognise that might be easier for some people than for others. If you are concerned that any of your party may not be able to fully enjoy a brew day, please talk to us and we’ll do our best to make it work for them. This includes, for example, those who don’t drink alcohol, people needing free carer places and people with official support animals like Guide Dogs or Hearing Dogs.
We regret that we cannot allow children (under 18) on our brew days. This is for insurance reasons.
