Description
We took a batch of our 1853 ESB and put it in our French red wine barrel for four months. 1853 ESB is a mixed fermentation ale based on 19th century recipes, so it’s perfect for a bit of barrel-aging. The fruity notes from the mixed fermentation mingle with the vinous qualities imparted by the wood to make a fabulous variation of one of our bestselling beers.
Ingredients: water, malted barley, hops, yeast.
