Description

Cashmere Brut IPA is a British take on a new North American style. This beer showcases the Cashmere hop, with its gentle lemony flavour. As a brut style, the finish on this beer is dry, giving it characteristics similar to a sparkling wine. Its lack of bitterness and subtle hoppiness make it an ideal accompaniment to a meal. Gluten Free.

Pair it with: Chicken or white fish

Ingredients: water, malted barley, hops, yeast

Allergen information: this product is made with ingredients (barley) that contain gluten, but it has been treated with Brewer’s Clarity, which contains an enzyme that removes residual gluten. Cashmere Brut IPA has been independently tested for gluten and the results show it has less than 10 parts per million of gluten in the finished product. As the legal threshold for calling a product gluten free is 20 parts per million, we are pleased to say that Cashmere Brut IPA is GLUTEN FREE.
