Description
Our Infinite Improbability Saison is a winter saison, originally brewed in the depths of the British winter with British hops and malt, Brettanomyces claussenii and Belgian belle saison yeast. This mixed fermentation favourite is typical of the farmhouse style – rough and ready, with slight peppery and citrus notes delivered by the saison yeast.
