LIMITED EDITION HOPPED GIN (70cl)

Description

Our Limited Edition Hopped Gin ticks all the boxes to be a London Dry Gin, but while it retains its dominant juniper flavour, balanced by a selection of other botanicals, the addition of hops gives it a subtle citrus finish and a rounded mouthfeel that is unique among gins.

The hops used in this gin came from self-seeded plants in a pub garden in Walthamstow, just cross the River Lea from the brewery. The other botanicals used are: juniper, lemon peel, chamomile flowers, mint, coriander, cardamom, angelica and orris root.
