Pan Galactic Pale Ale is a bright, smooth and fruity pale named partly for the gargleblaster of Douglas Adams fame, but also in honour of the Galaxy hops that make up a large part of its hop bill. Gluten Free

Ingredients: water, malted barley, hops, yeast
Allergen information: this product is made with ingredients (barley) that contain gluten, but it has been treated with Brewer’s Clarity, which contains an enzyme that removes residual gluten. Pan Galactic Pale Ale has been independently tested for gluten and the results show it has less than 10 parts per million of gluten in the finished product. As the legal threshold for calling a product gluten free is 20 parts per million, we are pleased to say that Pan Galactic Pale Ale is GLUTEN FREE.
