Description
An award-winning, robust India Pale Ale based on an 1890s recipe. Far darker and more malty than a modern pale ale. The main hops are true to the era, with fuggles and goldings styles for bittering and flavour, but we’ve added a sprinkling of US citra and amarillo to give a slight touch of citrus aroma. Mixed fermentation with Brettanomyces claussenii.

Pair with: strong cheese or roast pork with all the trimmings.
